Job Details

In this role, you will...

 

 

Be responsible for the day-to-day management of cash and treasury operations, cash forecasting, assisting with short-term borrowings, and treasury payments. Provide the required financial framework, financial analysis, financial modeling, and business metrics.

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Optimize top-off mechanics, processes, and workflows.
  • Automate reporting processes, including top-offs and monthly settlements.
  • Review warehouse cash movements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Support the daily cash process under the guidance of the Treasury Cash Manager.
  • Support the transition and ongoing ownership of reporting activities and dependencies from internal teams
  • Create and maintain securitization dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain quality control processes for reporting.
  • Support securitization structuring and pricing activities.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering, preparing, and providing accurate and timely data, reports, files, and supporting documentation as requested.
  • Utilize SQL Server databases by developing queries, views, and various functions in order to provide detailed analytics and financial reporting.
  • May perform additional functions depending on business needs.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
  • Successfully demonstrates, through prior experience and on-the-job, effective human relations and interpersonal skills and a participative team-oriented style.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple work streams at once in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and timely completion.
  • Self-starter with exceptional work ethic, motivation, and desire to learn.
  • Results-oriented individual with the ability to translate plans into actions.
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intellectually curious and proactive to learn.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • SQL knowledge and experience.
  • Experience or general knowledge of Accounting GAAP concepts.
  • Fixed income mechanics including bond math (duration, yield) and capital markets exposure.

 

Hours of Work:

 

Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced. To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs. 

 

 

Physical Demands:

 

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
